Regarding the new taskbar I have to disagree with you. The new concept is useful and very productive. And yes, the design, the icons should have a different style but after several days working with Windows 7 I've realized that this is not a big drawback. On the status of your Windows after several months, I think it's up to you. It depends on the type of software that you install because Microsoft is not responsible for how a company develops a product. While it still has glitches I believe that this is a nice upgrade to Vista. Hopefully in the next releases the main features of the Windows will be stability, speed, lighter, clean and intuitive. I hate the "NEW" task bar and the icons are still facing to the wrong direction. A fresh install of windows has always been smooth. However, wait for 6 months and see the differences. As log as windows operate based on .dll files, we will have the same problems. Thanks for the article. Keep it up.
