Is Zoho almost perfect or what?!
With all those collaboration tools out there, you must wonder which one is the best for you. Maybe you just want document editing tools, poll creation services or even chat services. So the question is which collaboration service is suitable for me. The answer is simple, really simple: ZOHO.
Who is ZOHO?
Zoho is the small geek dude, who’s having a fight with 3 muscle champs like Microsoft, Google and Adobe. Why those 3 names? Because those names are the most important in the collaborative area. So who exactly is ZOHO? Zoho is a small company that develops online office application in both commercial and free versions.
Regarding the applications that this company has, I must say that are not few. There are many applications and utilities that can replace your daily software. I would like to write about all apps, but I’m afraid there’s not enough space for this post. Although I will try to emphasize the most important apps, that can easily be on your plate every day.
Zoho Apps
The first important application is Zoho Writer. This app is an online version for a text editor – a good text editor. You will find here the most features and along with the Zoho Docs (Online Document Management), Zoho Sheet (Spreadsheets) and Zoho Show (Presentation), you will have all the power you’ll need for your documents.
Whether you have leading responsibilities in a company or not, the business side has its apps too. You can mange projects through Zoho Projects, Zoho Planner or you can set conferences with Zoho Meeting and other things with different Zoho apps.
On a higher level you can use apps like Zoho CRM, Zoho Invoice or Zoho People (HRIS & Recruitment Management) for your business. In any situation Zoho has all the apps that you want, with a very good connection between them. And YES, related to the title – I think Zoho is almost perfect.
